Kratki opis i svrha projekta: Svrha projekta je bila optimizirati poslovne procese, integrirati poslovne funkcije, učinkovitije organizirati tijek rada te poboljšati interakciju s klijentima i dobavljačima kako bi se poboljšao tržišni položaj Nicra te povećala konkurentnost i učinkovitost poslovanja. Nicro čini kvalitetan management i stručan kadar koji je zaslužan za kontinuirani rast poslovnih prilika i realiziranje istih. Radi održavanja konkurentnosti na tržištu bilo je potrebno uvođenje novih programskih paketa te same IT opreme.
